Graphic Guidelines

The table below shows our requirements and recommendations for using website graphics with our DIY templates which are provided free to our clients using our eCart & SiteBuilder. These templates come preinstalled so you only need to choose which one you want to use in your store admin. If we create any that were not available when your store was installed, simply submit a support ticket and we will update your cart templates.

Preparing Graphics for Use

To find which graphics you need for the template you want to use, read the information provided on the screenshot. This will tell you which graphics are required and what they need to be named. Our Approved Designers may rename your graphics for you if you purchase a graphics set from their website that does not come with a template. Please contact them to ask if they will do this for you. Otherwise, you will need to rename your graphics. In some cases, you may even need to convert your images.

Using Your Graphics

Once you have your graphics ready and have them named correctly, you can use them with our DIY templates. First, select the template in your store admin. Next, upload the required images for the template. Again, this is done in your store admin. Now you can check your website to make sure that all the required images are showing.
